Excluding public-domain 1909 card art, all codebase, algorithms, courseware, and brand trademarks are the intellectual property of Vaticinator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Users must provide a valid email and are personally responsible for account security. Unconsumed credit bundles are eligible for full refund within 14 calendar days via official ticket submission (processed within 24–72 hours). Consumed credits are non-refundable; platform-caused technical losses will be fully compensated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for real-world decisions, force majeure interruptions, credential-compromise losses, or third-party content. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding three months.
